Marc Anthony set for Miami performance Oct. 24 at the American Airlines Arena

He brought down a packed house in a sold-out Valentines Day concert at the Madison Square Garden earlier this year, and Marc Anthony is ready to do it all over again at Miami’s American Airlines Arena on Oct. 24 at 8:00 p.m. EST. Tickets for one-night show are now on sale and can be purchased at Ticketmaster by calling 1-800-745-3000. Tickets can also be purchased at the American Airlines Arena Box Office, located at 601 Biscayne Blvd n Miami, FL. For more information, please call 305-871-5646.

Anthony recently made his mark in yet another arena: the football field. The singer, actor and self-proclaimed sports fan announced last week that he had become part owner of the Miami Dolphins. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the New York native jokingly told People magazine, “It would have probably been cheaper just to buy season tickets."

Throughout his career, Marc Anthony has received an array of recognitions, including numerous Billboard Latin Music Awards. The talented singer/actor was selected by Time Magazine as one of the most influential Latinos in the U.S., while New York Magazine named him among the Top 10 most influential New Yorkers.

In addition to his distinguished music career, Marc Anthony has built a highly credible acting resume. He has appeared in several films, including “Hackers” (1995), “The Substitute” (1996), “Big Night” (1996), and Martin Scorsese's "Bringing Out the Dead" (1999). He also appeared alongside Denzel Washington and Christopher Walken in Tony Scott's "Man On Fire" (2004).
